These Ploughman's Kush (aka "P-Kush") cannabis seeds offer a diverse progeny that is sure to provide a variety of phenos, each with unique traits!
Origins:
"Grover's Galaxy" was originally bred at altitude in the Rocky Mountains, using a selected pheno of (UK Cheese x Sensi Star) which was sourced from a pack of "No Name" seeds from Medical Seed Co.
The No Name was paired with a unique pheno of Purple Pineberry which is a Skunk-derived strain that was sourced from Secret Valley Seeds and the initial batch of Grover's Galaxy seeds were produced in an outdoor setting at an off-grid location around 2013.
Then around 2014-2015, Grover's Galaxy was strategically paired with the Real Dill cut of Pickle, which was originally sourced from BC Seeds around 2010-2012, thus creating the strain "Ploughman's Choice" which offers a great selection of phenos with most of them exhibiting a unique gas/fuel aroma mixed with fresh dill and a certain sweetness which was a major characteristic of the original No Name mother that went into the making of Grover's Galaxy.
I originally sourced the PCK/Nepal seeds around 2010-2011, at which point I conducted a pheno-hunt and discovered an amazing progeny that looked like lavender colored flowers with glitter sprinkled on them. The original pheno was heavily produced and sold and became designated in the garden as a significant hash producer.
Around the same time period, I also had sourced Hindu Kush cannabis seeds that also went through the pheno-hunting process, and ultimately there were a few different phenos that were selected and reproduced, each pheno being unique from the other in one way or another. Those selections went on to breed more Hindu Kush seeds to help stabilize the next progeny for those unique traits.
I believe it was around 2015-2016 when the PCK/Nepal strain was paired with a strategic partner from the reproduced Hindu Kush progeny, and the result was called 'Himavat'.
In 2023-2024, strategic selections of Ploughman's Choice and Himavat were paired and bred to create the "Ploughman's Kush".
